Delivery Information
Because we aim to provide a high level of local customer service we only offer delivery to the following postcode areas TQ, EX, PL, TR and TA. We don’t like to sell machinery in boxes, preferring to assemble and test equipment prior to delivery. If you are outside of these areas please give us a call to discuss other options.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–3 working days.
Orders are shipped using our own transport or reliable UK couriers, and delivery is typically within 3–5 working days from date of dispatch.
Larger machinery is only delivered using our own transport and may take slightly longer depending on location and availability.

Returns Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from receiving your item to notify us if you’d like to return it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@dgmltd.co.uk
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
