Refund Policy
We work closely with our manufacturers to sell quality products, but sometimes things do go wrong. If there’s a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds Process:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in a resellable condition, unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographs where possible.
Depending on the fault, we may offer you a repair, exchange or refund.
To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include a copy of the original invoice with your returned product and email sales@dgmltd.co.uk with your original order number, contact details and details of the fault (including images if possible).
If a manufacturing fault occurs after this period, it may be covered by warranty subject to the manufactures terms and conditions. Please see our Warranty page for more information.
Please note that faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear from the end user are not covered by ourselves or manufactures. Therefore, any repairs carried out will be chargeable to the customer.
