TERMS & CONDITIONS
PERIOD OF HIRE
From time of delivery/collection until we are notified that machine is off hire, or by arrangement. Early termination of an agreed hire period will result in the customer being invoiced for 50% of the remaining agreed period. No discount is given for unused time due to foul weather, poor ground conditions or public holidays.
EXTENDED HIRE
Machinery can be hired for any period .with or without maintenance. Please telephone for a quotation.
TINE/BLADE/BRUSH WEAR
Excessive tine/blade/brush wear will be charged for.
MAINTENANCE
The hirer is responsible for minor adjustments, lubrication, cleaning of air filters, grass/radiator screens and checking oil levels on a daily basis (hourly for radiators and screens in dry conditions)
CLEANING
Equipment will be supplied in a clean and tidy condition. A minimum cleaning charge of £25.00+VAT will apply if the equipment is returned in a dirty condition.
INSURANCE
It is the hires responsibility to insure machinery for loss by fire, theft and third party liability, fully comprehensively and for any insurance demanded by Road Traffic Act where applicable. We reserve the right to ask for a copy of the customers insurance certificate.
DAMAGE
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or lack of maintenance. Call outs due to any of these or operator error will be charged.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
All hire prices are ex-works - delivery and collection is extra. Quotations available on request.
PAYMENT
On completion of hire or by 20th of month for approved account customers. A deposit will be required for nonaccount customers.
VAT
All prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the standard rate.
Equipment illustrated is subject to availability and equivalent machines may be substituted due to availability and as manufacturing improvements occur.
